Tip #4 — With kids, (and a husband back in school!) it’s next to impossible to find time for me. I’ve become what I call an “accidental exerciser” so I like to have some reassurance that I’m clocking in a decent amount of steps everyday.
There’s a reason fitness band sales have soared — they hold you accountable and remind you to get up and move. 10,000 steps a day burns an estimated 500 calories, which adds up to one pound a week. Not bad!
