Aim for 7-9 hours per night. Keep your room cool and dark, have a bedtime routine that includes no phone or computer before bed (literally you right now) and try using a sleep tracker like SleepBot to help you gauge your shuteye.

I love this simple breathing exercise to help halt my endless thought patterns: Breathe in a full deep breath for 4 counts, hold for 7, and exhale for 8. Repeat four times. You’ll be blissed out and slipping into delicious sleep in no time.
