Try my Chocolate Cherry Spinach Smoothie for inspiration. It’s so decadent, you’d never suspect the greens. Just mix 1 cup frozen cherries, 1 cup spinach, 2 Tbsp cacao nibs and 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (optional: 1/2 banana or 1/2 avocado for creamier consistency). Blend until smooth. Serves 2. Voila— so good.
