Like a friend of mine once said, “better is better.” Approach every day as Day one. Don’t dwell on the past and don’t make a mountain out of your goals. Just begin. Pick one thing right now that you’ll be better at tomorrow.

Tomorrow, I’m going to start taking a 10 minute walk in the afternoon to clear my head and get my blood flowing. What will you do?
